1.) How much is the application fee?
Answer: $30.00 per adult (applicants 18 years and over), all adults must be on lease
2.) How much is the security deposit?
Answer: The security deposit is $400 for one bedrooms and $500 for two bedrooms.
3.) What utilities are residents responsible for?
Answer: Residents are responsible for all utilities except for the gas water heaters.
Electric: Southern California Edison
Water, Trash and Sewer: American Utility Management
Time Warner: Cable & High Speed Internet
AT&T: Telephone & High Speed Internet
4.) Do we offer short term leases?
Answer: We offer a variety of lease terms. There are premiums attached to all lease terms less than 12 months. Please contact the leasing office for details.
5.) Does the Leasing Office accept packages for residents?
Answer: Yes!
6.) Do you have washer and dryer hookups in the apartment homes?
Answer: Each apartment home is equipped with hookups which accommodate full size (up to 27 inches) side by side washer and electric dryer.
7.) What if you do not have your own washer and dryer?
Answer: We have laundry facilities conveniently located throughout the community. There are washers and dryers available for rent upon availability.
8.) Do the apartment homes come with storage?
Answer: Each apartment home has its own private storage unit located off the patio.
9.) What are your neighborhood schools?
Answer: The Elementary School is Madera. The Middle School is Sinoloa. The High School is Royal.
